Redang, Summer Paradise

Just came back from Redang island, hot sun, heavy rain, relax and exciting... that's what i can describe the trip. Redang beach, still as beautiful as two years ago... but there are more new resorts keep developing a long the natural beach side. I am not sure what will happen in 3 or 5 years later. I wish I could capture the most beautiful scenery before it's too late.

Walking in Kuching 2

Bako National Park, was my 2nd day plan. About 70km away from Kuching city, visitor to Bako National Park per day was limited, and each group must guarded with a tour guide before taking a speed boat to the Bako island. A very natural rain forest and beach.

Walking in Kuching 1

Kuching, the first impression was "Clean", a very clean city. Kuching is not a modern city, cause we can see a lots of old buildings arround the city. When reach to hotel, immediate plan for my next day trip. As I had planed, my first day journey will visit to Sarawak long house at Benuk village about 40km from the city.

haha, don't think 40km is near, I have to transit a bus on half way, when reach to the junction of the Benuk village, have to walk about 2km to enter the village. Although it's take me about 1 hour 45 min to reach, but it's realy open my eyes. haha.

That's where I want to go

Flying to Sibu

Reached Sibu at 1:45pm, my next flight to Kuching was 5:00pm. Haha, only 3 hours 15 min to settle my office works and the short trip arround the city.

Sibu, first impression was clean but quite busy, I did noticed all signboards were included with chinese characters. Mostly chinese in city area and majority were Hoke Chew. Bilibala ... really no idea what were they talking about. : )
