意義非凡的週末
兩天前 我出席了一個蠻特別的活動
並不是官方活動 而我也不是主角
The Max Foundation
1997年成立于美國的國際血癌非官方組織
這組織的首要義務是協助國際上的血癌病人
提供藥品商所捐出醫治血癌的藥物于無能力的病人
及讓病人得到一切關於血癌的資訊
很慶幸的 我身邊有位朋友就是這組織的大馬代表
她很努力地照顧著全馬超過500位血癌病人
而且還有許多等待著受惠的病人
非常偉大的工作 ^^
最近這組織計劃出版一本關於血癌病人奮鬥的故事書
藉此提高大眾對血癌的醒覺
既然收到邀約協助一個拍攝 當然一口答應了 ^^
能為這福利組織出一份小力是我的榮幸 ^^

回覆刪除Both Pat and myself always tell people that we are so lucky that we are able to contribute to the needy community, we are able to give ourselves to those who need... the energy and the spirit that we received from each one of you, each one of the community is more than hundred folds that we gave out. We are so lucky!
And, I have you as one of my best friends who are willing to sacrifice your weekend and do the shooting for us. Thanks so much!
